In the wake of the 2026 general elections, and judging from the threat to the peace and security of the country, and the electoral violence that was experienced in the last general election (2021), the foundation embarked on a countrywide prayer campaign led by Bishop Joshua Lwere himself on 8th October 2025. The prayer campaigns ran for three months covering all the 17 sub-regions of Uganda, that is: Acholi, Ankole, Buganda, Bugisu, Bukedi, Bunyoro, Busoga, Kampala, Karamoja, Kigezi, Lango, Madi, Rwenzori, Sebei, Teso, Tororo, and West Nile.

The purpose of the National Prayer Campaigns was: first to mobilize the body of Christ to pray against a repeat of the unfortunate events of 2021, and secondly, to ensure continuous fervent prayer through active and effective altars across the country at individual, family, marketplace, parish, sub-county, district/ city, sub-regional, and national levels.
