President
Provides the Foundation’s overall spiritual and visionary leadership.
Board of Trustees
Led by a Chairperson, the Trustees safeguard the Foundation’s mission, assets, and long-term integrity.
Executive Board
Led by a Chairperson, the Executive Board provides strategic guidance and oversight of programme delivery.
Secretariat
Led by the Executive Director, the Secretariat manages the day-to-day implementation of BJLF’s programmes and operations through four directorates and a global coordination function.
Executive Director
Heads the Secretariat and provides overall operational leadership, supported by an Executive Assistant to the President.
Programs Director
Oversees Focal Persons for Spiritual Awakening & Revival, Marketplace Dominion, Leadership Development, Governance & Accountability, Partnerships & MEAL, and Social & Economic Transformation.
Communications Director
Leads the IT/Equipment Technician, Studio Productions Technician, and Digital/Content Creator (social media, app, and website).
HR Director
Oversees the Admin. Assistant and Support Staff (drivers, cleaners, security, etc.), alongside the Executive Assistant to the President.
Finance Director
Leads the Accountant, Accounts Assistant, and Grants Officer in managing the Foundation’s financial stewardship.
Global Coordinators
Covering all countries globally where BJLF operates, extending the mission to the diaspora.
Regional & Grassroots Coordination
BJLF’s field structure extends the Secretariat’s reach from national vision to local impact, combining strategic oversight with grassroots presence.
Uganda Country Coordination
Regional Coordinators oversee coordination across 17 sub-regions of Uganda, connecting national strategy to local mobilisation.
District, Sub-county & Parish Coordinators
Local coordination structures that carry BJLF’s mission and programmes directly into communities.
